We’re pleased to welcome Luz Mabel del Valle as our new Chief Risk Officer and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Luz now serves on the executive team and leads all risk management functions, including financial, product, operational, and enterprise risk.
Luz has over twenty years of multi-faceted expertise in bank operations, compliance, risk analysis, and executive management. Her prior leadership roles include serving as Chief Compliance and Accounting Officer at Encanto Group, and Chief Compliance Officer at Stern International Bank. Luz also held a long-standing position as Principal Examiner – Subject Matter Expert in Compliance at the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (OCIF).
Luz’s wealth of experience in risk management and compliance will be invaluable as we expand our range of services and geographical reach. She will play a pivotal role in ensuring FV Bank is best positioned to continue to grow sustainably while maintaining our strong commitment to security, risk, and compliance.
