Q2 2023 has officially started and we are delighted to welcome our new Chief Financial Officer – Frank J. Serra. Frank’s deep banking knowledge will be a great asset to our executive team as we continue expanding with new products and into new markets.
Serra is a seasoned financial executive with over 26 years of experience and brings his considerable experience in asset management, regulatory compliance, and financial performance management to FV Bank. As Chief Financial Officer, Frank will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations spanning strategic planning and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Frank has held numerous senior leadership positions in the banking and financial services sectors. Most recently, he was the CEO for Santander Asset Management LLC, where he was responsible for the administration of $4.5 billion in Assets Under Management.
