Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate policy documentation, producing reports for internal stakeholders and regulators, coordinating audits and regulatory exams, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with IT to define operational and risk controls. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong custody experience, preferably with a background in FinTech, Crypto, or Blockchain. Additionally, a proactive problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for innovation are crucial attributes.
Card Program Manager:
The Card Program Manager at FV Bank will be responsible for managing and enhancing FV’s credit and debit card programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving program growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing business plans, maintaining a competitive product suite, pricing and term development, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing program performance, and contributing to risk management strategies. As a subject matter expert, you will keep management informed about industry trends and maintain relationships with processing and fulfillment vendors, as well as Visa. Strong knowledge of credit and debit cards, financial analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, are essential for this role. Effective communication, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams will be critical to success.
Senior Site Reliability Engineer:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of their Java-based application in a complex production environment. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing guidance to junior engineers. To be successful, you should possess a strong background as a site reliability engineer or in a similar role, proficiency in Java and related tools, experience with cloud services and technologies, and a solid understanding of networking, security, and web protocols.
