What a weekend it was! The FV Bank Asia Offsite 2025 brought together our amazing Asia-based team from India and South-East Asia for two days of fun, bonding, and inspiration at the gorgeous Mango Mist Resort in Bengaluru, India.
Day 1: Kicking Things Off in Style
We kicked off the weekend on Saturday, January 18th, at the beautiful Mango Mist Resort—a dreamy getaway surrounded by nature and full of mango-themed charm. For the first time, our CEO, Miles Paschini, travelled from the United States to India to meet the FV Bank Asia team, and let’s just say his warm welcome set the tone for an unforgettable event.
After team introductions where everyone got to know each other better, we headed to a scrumptious South Indian lunch featuring everything from biryanis to curries. Following lunch, we gathered in the conference room to hear about FV Bank’s 2025 strategic plan. Miles and Chief Revenue Officer Nitin Agarwal shared exciting insights into our upcoming goals and how we’re leading the way in “Banking the Future.” The Q&A session that followed was super engaging, with lots of great questions and ideas flowing.
The evening was all about letting loose! There was dancing to vibrant Indian beats, chilling by the pool, and plenty of laughs over dinner and drinks. For a team that’s spread out across the globe, it was such a special time to connect in person. Not to forget, we captured some great team photos to remember the day.
Day 2: Wellness and Adventures
Sunday morning greeted us with a light drizzle and a chill in the air, making the resort even more magical. The day began with a calming wellness session led by Premdas Ji from Ananda Sangha. This one-hour Kriya Yoga session was all about finding calm and focus, it was just what we needed to recharge.
Afterwards, we dove into a hearty Indian breakfast (hello, hot tea and coffee!) before gearing up for an epic paintball match. Divided into four teams, we battled it out in the misty weather. Sure, a few of us walked away with minor bruises, but it was all worth it for the laughs and the memories.
Later, Premdas Ji joined us again for another inspiring session where he shared stories about the Sangha gurus and taught us how yoga can be a game-changer in life. We even wrapped up with a quick meditation that left us feeling zen and grateful. Huge thanks to Premdas Ji and Nitin for organizing such a thoughtful experience.
Team Spirit in Full Swing
The afternoon brought more action with some high-energy team-building games. Split into two squads—“Warriors” and “Gladiators”—we dove into games like Over Under Relay, Chinese Whispers, plank walking and more. The cheers, laughter, and playful competition made it so much fun. While the Gladiators claimed victory, the real win was the camaraderie and joy we all shared.
Next up was a creative challenge where Miles grouped us into teams and gave us real-life challenges FV Bank is tackling. We put our heads together to brainstorm solutions, and the ideas were nothing short of brilliant. Who knew problem-solving could be so much fun?
As the sun set, we gathered once again for dinner, drinks, and more laughs. But if you thought the night ended there, think again! Games, conversations, and bonding carried on late into the night, making it a perfect close to an amazing weekend.

Bonus Adventure for Miles - Mahakumbh 2025
The fun didn’t stop for Miles! After the offsite, he joined Nitin and Nikhil for a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj—the world’s largest religious gathering, which happens only once every 144 years. Talk about ending the trip on a high note!
